Presenter: Minnesota Council of Nonprofits
Cost: $25

Nonprofits are required to file annual documents. One of these filings is called a 990 and is the organization’s public-facing financial document. A Form 990 lists key information about an organization like its purpose and resources – and 990s reveal how the organization uses these resources to accomplish its mission. In this session, MCN will simplify the 990 form, talk about what the lines mean and how to read the story a 990 tells. Bring your 990 questions. There is a lot of information included on a 990, including the names of the board members. If your name is on a document, you should know why it’s on there – and how to read what it says!

NDANO offers live in-person and online learning opportunities for nonprofits, often with partners. Members receive discounted rates on all NDANO events. All times are Central unless otherwise indicated.

Do you have a learning opportunity or event for North Dakota nonprofits to add to our calendar? Email NDANO with the details.
