NDANO Public Policy Agenda
In June 2008, the NDANO Board of Directors adopted a public policy agenda, which outlines the long-term legislative focus of NDANO’s public policy work.

State Level Public Policy
During the 61st Legislative Assembly is in session, NDANO tracked bills of interest to the entire North Dakota nonprofit sector and distributed weekly e-updates on legislative action. View the final legislative update for the 2009 session here.

Federal Level Public Policy

NDANO works with the National Council of Nonprofits and the state association network to monitor federal legislative issues and distributes periodic e-updates.
