The North Dakota Association of Nonprofit Organizations (NDANO) serves its members and the North Dakota nonprofit sector by:

• Advocating for the sector,

• Working to strengthen the sector’s public
  policy voice,

• Promoting awareness of the important role of nonprofits in society,

• Providing training, resources and support to nonprofits,

• Offering cost-saving member programs for products and services,

• Encouraging best practices for nonprofit management and

• Facilitating networking and collaboration among nonprofits and with government and the private sector.

The Chahinkapa Zoo’s mission is wildlife education, environmental conservation and family recreation. The Chahinkapa Zoo is home to more than 300 animals representing six continents and 70 species.
